Access the East Devon Online Planning System from Trinitymatter.co.uk

EDDC LogoTrinity Ward Planning Applications has always been one of the most popular areas of trinitymatters.co.uk To make this service even better, you can now access the full East Devon District Council Online Planning System direct from trinitymatters.co.uk

This means that you can now access and view all planning applications in our Ward and the wider East Devon District Council area, quickly and simply.

How to find Planning Applications of Interest...

When you open the EDDC Online Planning System you have five choices as 'tabs';

Simple : Select this 'tab' and then the 'radio button' marked 'Applications' , 'Appeals', or 'Enforcements' to find items relating to a specific property or area, which you can define by entering details in the box below.

Click the 'Search' button to produce your results...

Advanced : This offers more detailed options to find the planning case of interest, where you know the Description of the Case or the Applicant Name. You can restrict your search to a specific Ward (eg Trinity), Parish (eg Uplyme, Combpyne-Rousdon or Axmouth), Agent, Current Status or Decision (eg Approval...or Pending Consideration), Appeal if any, or Address.

Narrow your search further by using the Dates section below to restrict your selection to a particular time period.

Click the 'Search' button at the foot of the page to see your results...

Weekly/Monthly Lists : Each week/month the EDDC Planning Department produces a list of all applications which have been either Validated (confirmed that the application is valid) or Decided during that period.

You can choose your period of interest using the 'Week Beginning' drop down list, whether you are interested in new applications (Validated) or applications which have been Decided. Your search can be further focussed by using the 'Parish' (eg Uplyme, Combpyne-Rousdon or Axmouth) or 'Ward' (eg Trinity) drop down lists.

Finally click the 'Search' button to see the Weekly/Monthly lists for your chosen period...

Property : Find properties of interest by selecting the first letter of the street name from the A-Z list eg 'H' will return a list of streets starting with the letter 'H' with Hacker Close at the top. Then click on Hacker Close and a full list of properties will be produced from which you can select your property of interest by clicking on the individual property from within the list.

Map : Allows you to select your area of interest using a map. With a little practice you will be able to see all applications in an area, perhaps that around a property you are considering purchase?

I hope that this additional way of accessing all current and recent applications in our Ward is a useful addition to the lists which have proved so popular over the last year.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
